Straightening Roll Diameter 65 mm

Straighteners of series "RS" with straightening roll diameter 65 mm and closed straightening head, depending on numbers of straightening rolls and entry pinch rolls as well as exit pinch rolls, are divided into the series "RSF", "RSG" and "RSE".

Straighteners of series RSF, RSG and RSE in standard version are available with

Single adjustment of upper straightening rolls with indication of immersion depth
Manual adjustment of the entry pinch rolls resp. entry- and exit pinch rolls
Constant-speed drive 18 meters / minute
Loop control by supporting stand with switches for upper and lower limit
Rolls hardened and grinded, 58 + 1 HRC
Roughness of the rolls 0,2 micron
Max material widths of 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 700 mm
Max material thicknesses of 3,0 - 1,0 mm, depending on material width and without
support rolls

Example of rolls configuration of the single series:

RSF/7 2 entry pinch rolls + 5 straightening rolls
RSG/9 2 entry pinch rolls + 5 straightening rolls + 2 exit pinch rolls
RSE/11 2 entry pinch rolls + 7 straightening rolls + 2 exit pinch rolls

As options for these straighteners there are accessories available, like for example:

Control of the decoiler at the entry side by initiator
Variable pneumatic adjustment of entry- and exit pinch rolls
Variable speed drive controlled by frequency converter with loop control by
lever arm, powered with 1,5, 2,2 or 3,0 kW
Loop control by ultrasonic sensor
Pneumatically resp. hydraulically operated material entrance table with 2, 4 or
6 moving functions
Loop bridge, up to 4 meter
Common base for straightener and decoiler
