Straighteners / Levellers
Seidel Handlingsysteme GmbH offers to their customers a complete range of Straighteners and Levellers for straightening of coil material / sheet metal, which covers nearly any possible demand.
The product range comprehends standard straighteners for eliminating the coil bow as well as levellers for higher straightening requirement and precision straighteners with convex straightening rolls for highest straightening quality requirement. The maximum available standard working width, depending on type of straighener, is about 2.000 mm.
On the following pages the single series of straighteners and their most used models are shown. For these machines additionally there are available a lot of accessories, which can not all be shown on this page. Please indicate to us your straightening task to be fulfilled and we will be prepared to advise you regarding choose of the suitable straightener. Straighteners of the series "RS" with closed straightening head and single adjustment of the upper straightening rolls are available with straightening roll diameter of 65 mm and 80 mm. Depending on straightening roll diameter, number of straightening rolls as well as availability of entry and exit pinch rolls, they are listed within the series RSA, RSB, RSC, RSD, RSE, RSF and RSG.
Straighteners of the series "RS" with swivelling straightening head (crocodile-type) with straightening rolls diameter 80 mm you will find within series "RSTL". This series is extremely maintenance friendly due to the very good accessability of the straightening rolls for cleaning purpose. This type of construction also very often makes it much more easy to feed the material into the straightening head without snubber and peeler.
Straighteners of our series "RM" do have a closed straightening head, single adjustment of the upper straightening rolls and a straightening roll diameter of 100 mm.
Regarding electric control we can offer our straighteners with low priced standard control, upon request we also can offer them with Siemens-control. Here we follow to your preferences. CAMU has more than 30 years of experience regarding production of coil feeding lines and all types of machines being part of such lines.
